The Little Cloud Who Could Not Rain

A small cloud tries and tries, and finally makes exactly enough rain for one thirsty flower.

The whole story

1. Early one morning, Little Cloud found one thirsty flower.

2. Little Cloud squeezed, but no raindrops came.

3. Little Cloud asked, 'How can I make rain?'

4. Little Cloud tried again above the flower.

5. One tiny raindrop formed, then fell away.

6. Little Cloud rested, then tried once more.

7. Three little raindrops gathered under Little Cloud.

8. The drops gave the thirsty flower exactly enough rain.

9. Little Cloud smiled, and the flower lifted its face.
