The whole story

1. Early one morning, Pip climbed toward the sky.

2. Pip wanted bright wings today, not tomorrow.

3. He gathered leaves and built a little nest.

4. Pip waited one minute, then shouted, “Wings!”

5. The snail said, “Quiet work comes first.”

6. Pip stayed still while warm leaves held him.

7. Morning came, and the quiet work showed.

8. Pip saw blue wings unfolding from the waiting.

9. Pip learned that waiting was the work itself.
