4. Mina put one red boot past the gate. She blinked, and the path moved to a bright crack in the brick wall, which she had never noticed because she always watched the ground.
5. Inside the crack, a tiny garden pressed between the bricks. Yellow flowers leaned toward the sun, and Mina looked up as the map showed a new line beside the wall.
6. The line led Mina to a high fence wrapped in ivy. She usually hurried past its whispery leaves, but this time she lifted one and found a painted wooden door.
7. The little door opened onto a park path, not a secret tunnel. Mina blinked, and the map circled the old oak at the top of the hill.
8. At the oak, Mina found no treasure. She found a bench, a puddle holding the clouds, and three acorns arranged like a tiny arrow.
9. Mina blinked, and the red line vanished. She almost folded the map, but then she noticed the path home in the puddle, the sun on the fence, and the blue paper in her hands.
